The event will be a Swim-Run-Swim-Run Duathlon format. The swim will be completed in the BRAC pool and the Run is around the course adjoining Lotteries House. Participants can compete as an individual or in a team of 2. There are two distance options,
Short Course
100m Swim (4 Laps) - 1km Run - 100m Swim - 1km Run -Finish
Long Course
200m Swim (8 Laps) - 2km Run (2 Laps) -200m Swim - 2km Run - Finish
Course length can be nominated on the day. Registration for club members is FREE
